Been a solid week out in the vineyard. 🍇
Why do I write such long emails? I apologize.
My companion and I found a ton of cool people that love Jesus so that has been awesome.
We were at this ward youth fundraiser where these kids were trying to sell a bunch of homemade treats to the older folks in the ward. Meanwhile, there was this event going on where they just gave out like as much KFC as you could eat, so we had to stop on by naturally.
I don't think the youth made much money based off the numbers I saw flocking away from them and to the KFC. 😂
I got some cool pants at a local thrift store put here titled Goodwill.
I tried to put Bounce dryer sheets in my shoes as I walked around, my shoes don't stink but I thought it would make them smell really good even after walking all day.
Didn't do much, so I don't recommend.
We found two guys named Henry and Russell, Henry said he was working with missionaries back where he was from and trying to get baptized so he could go to the temple.
We reluctantly agreed to teach both of them and allowed for them to be put on date for baptism.
God has been so patient with me. I am so stubborn and prideful, but through my experiences here I have been learning how to let God teach me things. I always have need of improvement, and God kindly reminds me of that every single day.
God is real, if you don't believe me, ask Him. He'll tell you He is there. I know he loves you, no matter your current circumstances, His love is constant.
