I know what you're thinking after reading the title: how could our favorite traditional Chinese song go wrong? Let me tell you.
I saw some Mandarin-speaking Elders that I'm friends with in the mission office. So naturally j sang my favorite traditional Chinese song. Elder Yang said really loud, "Elder Dahl! You have perfect pronunciation!"
Then my mission president poked his head out and said "Noted."

They're low on Mandarin speaking elders and now that president thinks I have an affinity for Mandarin, it's not looking good.

Prayers please.
This week was awesome, we found so many people! We put some people on date for baptism and arm wrestled some guys! (Videos in album)
Spiritual thought:
Something from conference really hit me. I think it was Elder Bednar, but I can't remember. They said, essentially, the Spirit knoweth all things, but Christ still chose to feel all of our pain so he could succor us according to our individual pains.
In my mind that presents two options: Christ could suffer for our sins and then know how to succor us according to our pains, or he could suffer both our sins and our pains. He chose the second one out of love for us. That is incredible.
Alma 7:13 talks about this:
13 Now the Spirit knoweth all things; nevertheless the Son of God suffereth according to the flesh that he might take upon him the sins of his people, that he might blot out their transgressions according to the power of his deliverance; and now behold, this is the testimony which is in me.
